    We connect our members and community to the arts. When it comes to volunteers,
    our volunteer opportunities are open to people with or without art experience.
    Orientation and training are provided and m    any roles await!

    Artist Intake Forms

      If your work has been accepted into an upcoming exhibition, complete an intake package. Download the two PDF forms, complete them and email them to president@wasagasocietyforthearts.ca along with a feature photo of yourself or your work, a short bio, and how visitors can contact you:

      Clearly itemize your work on the intake form and ensure accuracy as this information is used to create gallery labels. Work must be ready to hang with a tight wire across the back centred no more than one-third of the way down from the top of the artwork. Our cliprail system uses hooks that hold the art in place. 

       

      Become a Member of the WSA

        Download and email the completed form to the email address listed on eiter form. Patron’s  membership fee can be sent via our donate button. Artist membership is free.

        The WSA supports artists’ initiatives to develop skills, educate through the arts, and contribute relevant content. Membership helps to establish skills and programming. Volunteering is a huge help to grow a skilled, vibrant arts society. Together, artists, enthusiasts, and organizations work with the WSA to collaborate with our community, preserve and integrate nature’s beauty, and build a creative economy.

        Consider checking the option on your membership form to volunteer a few hours a week on projects or committees.

        Voting Membership

        Class A

        Cost:  $50/year

        Become a voting member of The WSA Board as a Patron of the Arts and help us move forward with exciting new initiatives and unique ways of embracing and cultivating all art forms in the Wasaga Beach Area.
        Payment follows membership approval.

        Non-Voting Membership

        Class B

        Cost:  Free

        Specifically geared towards artists and art groups, The WSA’s Non-Voting Membership provides artists with opportunities to exhibit, present or perform their artistic works.  Volunteering at least one shift per month promotes collaboration and learning.
